I am a British documentary director making films for UK and international broadcasters. My films seek to tell extraordinary human and natural-world stories from across the Globe, combining rigorous storytelling and strong characterisation with visual flair.

I’ve always had a fascination with little-known places and untold stories. As a result, much of my work documents life at the extremes - from remote locations in Far-East Siberia and the Amazon rainforest, to challenging environments including Gaza, Peru's cocaine-producing regions and the Caracas slums.

I’m passionate about raising awareness of environmental issues and the plight of marginalised groups with the widest possible audience through entertaining filmmaking and inspirational characters. I’ve had the privilege to work extensively with traditional societies around the world, including the Kogui people in Colombia, the Bayaka in Congo and the Masai in Kenya, and I’m committed to representing these unique cultures and the challenges they face with sensitivity and respect.

My recent work includes ‘Murder In Mayfair’, a BBC/Norway TV2 investigation into the murder of a Norwegian student in London (Shortlisted for an Association of International Broadcasters Award 2023) and an upcoming adventure series in Congo for Channel 5.
